At Made:Small, we aim to make the process of commissioning your bespoke model as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Leveraging our extensive experience in architectural practice, we craft exquisite models with just a bit of guidance from you. The more details you provide, the better we can capture the essence of your home!

What We Need From You

When you place an order for our models, we'll ask for the full address of the house. We'll then confirm the property and request any additional information you might have to enhance the accuracy of the model.

Essential Information:

House Frontage Visibility: The front of your house should be visible on Google Maps or Bing Maps Street View. Alternatively, you can send us photographs of the house's front view.

Ideal Information:

Complete House View: It's best if the entire house is visible on Google Maps or Bing Maps aerial view. You can also provide clear photographs showing all sides of the building.

Exemplary Information:

Architectural Drawings: If available, these are the gold standard. They might include plans from previous renovations or sales/lettings listings. Historical drawings from archives or previous owners are also incredibly valuable.

We offer a 25% discount on the cost of the model if you have have scale drawings for us to work from; please email these to us before placing your order and we will send you through an offer code to apply when you make make payment.

The precision of the model will largely depend on the amount and quality of information you provide. Generally, digital mapping services and smartphone cameras make it easy to gather enough detail to create a beautifully accurate representation. If we can only access images of the front of the building, we'll use our expertise to make educated guesses about the rest, but we'll inform you of any potential limitations in the model's accuracy.
